Leo’s LOVES Giving Back!
Since opening its first location in Greenfield, Indiana, in 2019, Leo’s has been deeply committed to supporting the communities it serves. With each new store, Leo’s invests in its local community, donating thousands of dollars through direct contributions, sponsorships, partnerships, employee match programs, and Dine-to-Donate events.
At Leo’s, giving back is a team effort. Every year, employees participate in a voluntary Employee Match Program, where they donate a portion of their hard-earned dollars to a community fund, and Leo’s matches every donation dollar for dollar. Together, employees at each Leo’s location decide how these funds will benefit their community. Check out photos of our latest check presentations below!
Leo’s is also proud to host weekly Dine-to-Donate events across all store locations. These events give local nonprofits the chance to connect with customers, promote their cause, and earn 20% of Eatery sales during the event. Since our founding, Leo’s has hosted nearly 500 of these events, making a meaningful impact in the lives of countless people.
